# Hỗ trợ kê khai - HTKK

## HTKK bị văng ra khi chọn mã số thuế đăng nhập

**Mô tả:** Lỗi này xảy ra khi chọn 1 mst nào đó bị lỗi, đăng nhập vào trong thì văng ra do thiếu tệp HEADER.xml trong thư mục ...\Datafiles\mst. Tệp HEADER.xml này chứa thông tin của mst đã khai báo. 

**Cách khắc phục: Chỉ làm 1 trong 2 cách sau.**

### **Cách 1:** Vào đường dẫn thư mục cài đặt HTKK, thường là C:\Program files(x86)\HTKK\Datafiles.

Click chuột phải thư mục mã số thuế lỗi đổi tên thư mục thành OLD\_Mst

Mở HTKK lên để gõ lại mst bị lỗi, đồng ý vào trong khai báo lại thông tin là được, nhớ sang thư mục OLD\_Mst copy lại các tờ khai cũ sang thư mục Mst đã tạo thành công.

Vào lại HTKK xem mst đó còn bị vằng lỗi thoát ra không là được.

### **Cách 2:** Copy file HEADER.xml ở một mst khác hoặc tải về tại đây

Kiểm tra thư mục mst bị lỗi thiếu tệp HEADER.xml thì copy lại vào.

Chọn tệp HEADER.xml vừa copy vào xong, click chuột phải chọn Edit để mở lên bằng Notepad, tìm tới chỗ thể hiện mst, thay thế bằng mst bị lỗi vào (Lưu ý có 2 dấu nháy kép ở 2 đầu của mst)

Sửa xong đúng mst thì chọn File => Save hoặc phím tắt Ctrl+s rồi đóng tệp đang mở bằng Notepad lại.

Mở lại HTKK lên nhấn đồng ý vào trong, chọn Hệ thống => Thông tin doanh nghiệp/Người nộp thuế để sửa lại thông tin chính xác rồi Ghi lại, Đóng để sử dụng.
